JACKSONVILLE, TX (KLTV)- An East?Texas man has been indicted on a capital murder charge in Cherokee County.
Jimmy DeShawn Mosley was charged with capital murder and his bond was set at $250,000 after a shooting at Stacy's Club in Jacksonville at 4:00 a.m. on October 20, 2012.
Stacy Dewayne Hunter, 43, was killed in the shooting, and Mosley was accused of the shooting.
Witnesses at the scene provided a description of the suspected shooter to police. The suspect turned himself in to police around 6:30 on?October 20.?
Hunter was involved in numerous community activities including coaching youth sports. They also say that Hunter knew Mosley and that they had problems in the past. Hunter was the owner of the club and also the owner of an auto detail shop called 'Stacy's Detail.'
